The villa features four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to either a patio or the central garden. 

Generous in layout and thoughtfully positioned throughout the home, the rooms offer privacy while maintaining a connection to the villa’s overall flow. Bathrooms are well-appointed and spacious, with walk-in showers, double vanities, and underfloor heating. One suite includes a bathtub, adding flexibility for families.

Air conditioning is available in bedrooms only. Common areas remain naturally ventilated and benefit from the villa’s open-plan design and garden-facing layout.

There is an extra charge for pool heating and must be requested in advance.
