On the ground floor there is a cosy living room complete with TV and a practical mini kitchen and bar area.  This compact kitchen has direct access to the pool area, making it easy to enjoy a snack or drink during pool time.

Heading upstairs you'll find a spacious open-plan living area that cleverly integrates the lounge, kitchen and dining room and outdoor dining area. This design in a creates a harmonious flow, making it the ideal setting for social gatherings, family celebrations or simply relaxing in style.

The bedrooms in this Algarve villa are light and airy. On the ground floor, you'll find all the bedrooms, each with its own immaculate en-suite bathroom. The principal suite goes a step further with a private TV lounge, offering a cosy escape within your own retreat. What's more, each bedroom on this level provides direct access to the exterior, enhancing the connection to the outdoors.

The home is next to a road with low levels of traffic.
This villa is ideal for relaxed stays. Outdoor parties are not permitted, and music should be kept at low background volume to respect the peaceful setting. 
There is an extra charge for pool heating, which must be requested in advance.
The home can sleep up to 12 guests with the option of including one additional bedroom. Please inquire.
A mandatory nominal touristic tax per person per night is applicable on all reservations and paid either at check-in or check-out (please inquire for specific information).
A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (PT0221).
