This villa in Quinta do Lago includes an impressive entrance with welcoming hallway and guest half bathroom. On the ground floor, the main living room with a plasma TV and fireplace, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar flow from one to the other with access through French doors to the furnished pool terrace. Upstairs, a cosy reading room provides additional space for relaxation. 

Outside, there are multiple areas for socializing and dining, including a kitchen with gas BBQ all looking towards a large swimming pool.  

There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including the principal suite, upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have access to a lovely sun terrace with views over the golf course. Bedroom décor is fresh and simple with iconic artworks offering flashes of colour while en-suite bathrooms are decorated in glistening marble. 
 
An additional bedroom without windows, more suitable for children or accompanying staff, can be found in the basement area next to the garage, sauna and a simple lounge.

There is an extra charge for pool heating, and it must be requested in advance. 
Rates are for 2 guests in each bedroom with a charge for additional guests upon prior request.
The basement area leading to Bedroom 5 and the sauna has no windows and a simple lounge that is wide open to the garage where the owners keep a buggy and a car (not available for guest use). The stairs down to the basement have a very low ceiling, so watch your head!
The electric charging of personal cars and bikes is subject to an extra charge. Please enquire.
A mandatory nominal touristic tax per person per night is applicable on all reservations and paid either at check-in or check-out (please inquire for specific information).
A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (PT0150).
