Interiors are spacious, fresh, and modern with an open concept that flows from one area to the other where you can enjoy meals at the dining table or light snacks and breakfast at the kitchen island.  

Outside, the pool terrace is a fabulous space with sun loungers, parasols, a dining area with barbecue, covered pergola and a lounge area that is great for socializing.  Additionally, there is a balcony upstairs where you can take in the beautiful scenery and neighbouring villas. 

Like the rest of the house, the bedrooms are well ventilated with ceiling fans as well as the option of air conditioning. The simplistic décor makes a clear nod to the ocean with its blue and turquoise accents that contrast the light wood doors and features.  

Bathrooms are modern, featuring glass walk-in showers with chrome details and wide mirrors which make them bright and fresh.
