Highly stylized and super cool, this is a unique property that delivers the best in urban living with an almost – on – the beach location, funky yet super functional. A sophisticated home with hidden patios and unbelievable entertainment spaces just makes you feel hip by being here. What appears to be three buildings seemingly connected by a series of interior patios and stairways makes deciding where to fix the next tea or which corner to enjoy a fab. Cocktails become quite the duty. Five bedrooms plus a comfortable TV room with adjacent kitchen and dining can be found on the upper level which connects to a sun terrace with covered dining area and sitting niche. Follow a staircase down through exotic cactus gardens and meet a shimmering plunge pool with additional terraces and bougainvillea-clad dining area. Then be prepared for a WOW! expanse of living and dining where warehouse meets art gallery and gleaming white spaces make entertaining more fun than you ever imagined. To top it off, an additional one-bedroom annex with another fabulous living room, dining/office space antes up the chic quota!

Relaxing, cooking up the perfect cocktail party, arranging a chic poolside soiree or just hanging out with friends to enjoy a good movie has never been easier, or with so many great options!
The home offers some exceptional spaces which, with the interior designer owner, all follow a laid-back boho elegance. With the ever-changing artwork and vintage pieces of furniture that have been creatively given a new lease on life, the artifacts that adorn the spaces are noteworthy and add a museum-type flair.

Five bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to share are located on the upper floor of the main house alongside an additional WC. A beautiful 2nd building (annex) is located at the back of the property with an additional loft-style bedroom and bathroom en suite. There is also a pool bathroom with twin WCs and twin vanities.

All bedrooms have an identical motif with mattresses inset into wooden platform floors. Eclectic modern and contemporary art pieces are propped around, brightening immaculate white walls and mood lighting doubles as night lights.
Each bedroom offers a rolling rack for clothing and there is an additional ‘’shared’’ walk-in closet fully equipped with drawers, all types of hanging, illumination etc.
