The layout is a split-level ground-floor apartment. The principal bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom is on the upper level and enjoys a balcony while Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor with a patio that leads to the communal pool and gardens.

Twin beds in Bedroom 2 can be set up as a king-size bed with prior notice, and parents with young children should note that the bedroom is on the ground level, opening to a communal pool area.

Beach loungers directly in front of the common areas are not included and can be rented privately.
The way the building is designed protects the back bedrooms from potential road noise from a relatively quiet street as the parking area adds some distance.
