The villa, once an old carriage house, is a one-story retreat encompassing the existing original coral stone wing which has been transformed into a magical master suite and living room, plus a modern wing housing the kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms.

The enticing swimming pool area is flanked by old stone walls and trailing ivy. This lovely area is serviced by a breezy “great room” with bar, which makes for hours of relaxation and fun.

For more elegant dinners and sophisticated living, the beautiful indoor dining room, with its lovely architecture and the chic living room, offer total comfort for candlelit dinners, end-of-the-day get-togethers or sunset happy hours.

A majestic master suite can be found in the old part of the home with a spacious bedroom opening to the gardens and wonderful views of the tropical foliage.

Bedrooms two and three are identical with double patio doors that open to the mahogany groves. Peace, tranquility and birdsong abound.
