This home is located in an elevated location atop a dramatic cliff just a 5-minute walk along an easy path to Praia Grande. Embraced within the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Praia Grande is renowned for its lengthy sandy shore and prime surfing conditions. This beach is a hotspot for water sports events, including bodyboarding world championships and is home to Europe's largest saltwater pool. At its southern end, ancient dinosaur footprints are embedded in the cliffs, dating back over 100 million years. 

In addition to its natural beauty, the area boasts a rich cultural heritage. Just a short drive away you’ll find the Sintra's Cultural Landscape (Unesco classification), perfect to explore the national palaces, churches and the fascinating Quinta da Regaleira, Quinta do Relógio and Parque de Monserrate. 

• This home does not have air conditioning as it enjoys a naturally cool environment in the summer, while providing central heating and a cozy fireplace during the winter.

• This home is best suited for 6 adults but can sleep 17 if accompanied by children or teens.    
  Bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 are located upstairs in the eaves of the home meaning that both the bedrooms and bathrooms have low sloping ceilings making them ideal for children and young teens. 
• A great option for medium-term rentals. 
• Use of the BBQ must be requested (preferably prior to arrival). 
• This home is in a beautiful coastal location where having a private vehicle is recommended. 
  There is an extra charge for indoor pool heating and must be requested in advance.
