Two additional bedrooms have partial ocean views: one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with two twin beds and a trundle, perfect for families. The fourth bedroom, located at the rear of the house, has a queen-sized bed and offers a quiet and restful atmosphere.

This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Each bedroom is fitted with a fan for comfort during warmer months.

The villa’s housekeeper and her friendly dog reside in a separate house on the property, close to the main villa, ensuring attentive care while respecting guest privacy.
