Guests have private use of the estate accommodated in 5 villas plus 2 annexes. Each villa provides its own living areas and kitchen for additional privacy among your group. You can either dine in the comfort of the individual dwellings or come together in the restaurant or have a special culinary event planned (subject to prior request €). 

Each of the living rooms has a high-end, flat-screen LCD TV, as well as comfortable seating options and thick, plush fabrics, offering warm, neutral color schemes and plenty of rich, dark woods. The kitchens are fully fitted with professional quality appliances and accessories. 

However, it is the unique, communal spaces that really make a difference. For example, the wellness area which has a jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, and private treatment room offers a plethora of chances to relax, while the pools will provide a splash to your summer fun.  

With a total of 20 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms, and 5 half-bathrooms, this estate is truly expansive. Each of the bedrooms, spread across each of the five villas and two annexes has its own private en-suite bathroom that is impeccably decorated. Each space features traditional Italian craftsmanship and the most luxurious finishing touches.

This Tuscan estate is ideally situated just a few kilometres south of the historical city of Florence, right next door to the heart of Chianti’s countryside, a perfect hub for culture lovers.

The outdoor swimming pool is open in the spring and in the summer. It may be heated upon request (€). 
Private use of the whole estate 
The wellness area features a small gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and treatment room, as well as many services (€). 
The Chapel of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary was originally designed to be a private Chapel. The Cecchi family allows it to be visited by the public upon reservation. During your stay, the Chapel will be reserved for your exclusive use. 
Once the residence of a very famous family of painters during the Renaissance period, the estate proudly accommodates an in-house artist who lives in a separate, private quarter of the estate. He only shares the main entrance with guests and has no access to any of the buildings or open spaces occupied by our Guests. On request, he can be available for painting and drawing lessons.
