A simple floor plan makes beachside living a breeze. Open the windows, and the outdoors melts into the indoors. From living room to pool, the flow is seamless. And all on one level, no room has a bad view or restricted access to the outside. 

An open-plan living/dining/kitchen with warm pine beam accents creates a heavenly retreat for airconditioned take-a-break-from-the-sun lunches or late afternoon naps! 

One bedroom suite at each end of the home promotes privacy and gives each its own access to the pool patio. 

Bedrooms are tastefully furnished with rustic beams meeting elegant Ottoman inspired modern furnishings.

This fabulous ocean front home can be reached by an unpaved road and is approximately a 10-minute drive to Kalkan Town center where you will find upscale boutiques, grocery stores, restaurants, a marina, and late-night lounges.
