The living spaces of this Kalkan villa are designed for entertaining, and it really shows. From the large, L-shaped sofa with its plush, cushions and great view, to the gourmet kitchen and chic dining table, this open-plan space creates a sense of togetherness no matter where you sit.  

High-speed Wi-Fi and a large, flatscreen TV make it perfect for movie nights and chilled out gatherings. It is the large sliding doors, offering direct access to the poolside area and its amenities that really make the living spaces in this villa amazing.  

Natural stone and local tile make the infinity pool and its Jacuzzi area truly amazing places from which to watch the sunset with a frosty mimosa or margarita. At the side of the house, with full view of the ocean, there is a covered seating area, too, for those who like to stay out of the midday sun.  

As you would expect from an ultra-modern, hillside villa, each of the five bedrooms in this villa is finished to the highest standard with stunning features, plush bedding, and elegant décor. 

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom featuring natural stone and tile, and four have stunning sea views. The principal suite also has a jacuzzi tub. 

While the entry level bedroom is the only bedroom with direct access to the pool terrace, all three of the upper-level bedrooms have access to stunning balconies with sweeping views of the area.
