Upstairs, the spacious bedroom has two twin beds, its own sitting area, ample storage and access to an upper sun deck overlooking the development’s interior. The main social floor brings the sitting room, dining area and kitchen together in a comfortable, contemporary layout. Full-height glazed doors fill the space with natural light and open onto a sheltered internal patio surrounded by landscaped planting.
The sitting area is furnished with a sofa and Smart TV offering national cable and access to streaming platforms. The adjoining dining table seats four guests.
The compact, fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, tableware and cooking utensils.
The furnished patio offers outdoor seating for four and a calm place for a morning coffee or evening drink. An upper sun deck provides an additional outdoor area with city and garden outlooks.
Central A/C provides heating and cooling throughout the townhouse, while an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

BEDROOM
Located on the upper floor, the generously sized bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and supplied with hotel-quality bed linen, bedding and towels. It benefits from an urban outlook and access to the upper sun deck.
The bedroom also includes a private sitting area, wardrobe, clothes rail, curtains, blackout blinds, full-length mirror, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
BATHROOM
The full bathroom is also located on the upper floor. It features a vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and handheld fittings, heated towel rail, toilet with integrated bidet, hairdryer, make-up mirror and toiletries.

This townhouse enjoys a central position in Príncipe Real, one of Lisbon’s most characterful and sought-after neighbourhoods. Set next to Lisbon Botanical Garden and within easy walking distance of Avenida da Liberdade, it places guests between quiet, leafy streets and the energy of the city centre. Príncipe Real is known for its independent boutiques, design stores, art galleries, cafés and excellent restaurants. Bairro Alto, the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint and Chiado are also nearby, while Rossio, Restauradores and Baixa are within easy reach. This is an excellent location for exploring central Lisbon on foot, and a car is not necessary. Lisbon Airport is approximately 28 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
