Living Areas
The apartment’s social spaces are efficiently arranged, with comfortable seating for up to three guests and a round dining table for two. Glazed doors bring natural light into the room and open onto the private balcony overlooking the building’s internal courtyard.
The sitting area includes a Smart TV with national cable and access to streaming platforms. The streamlined kitchen is positioned between the living area and bedroom and is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, cooking utensils and tableware for two.
A combined washer-dryer is integrated into the kitchen, while central A/C provides both heating and cooling throughout the apartment.

BEDROOM ONE
The bedroom is furnished with two twin beds that can be arranged together as a double bed, and supplied with hotel-quality bed linen, bedding and towels. Glazed doors open onto the private balcony and overlook the internal courtyard.
Amenities include a TV, wardrobe, clothes rail, A/C, Wi-Fi, curtains and shutters.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM

Príncipe Real is known for its independent boutiques, design stores, art galleries, cafés and excellent restaurants. Bairro Alto, the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint and Chiado are also nearby, while Rossio, Restauradores and Baixa are within easy reach. This is an excellent location for exploring central Lisbon on foot, and a car is not necessary. Lisbon Airport is approximately 28 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
