This is a villa which has everything you could need to have a wonderful vacation. Outside there is a heated pool, hot tub, alfresco dining area, fire pit, and ample seating. Indoors, the open-plan living dining area comes with high-end media options and plush seating as well as a full dining table. There is also a media room for family movie nights!

Each of the four bedrooms has access to a private, en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional half bath in the villa. The principal bedroom earns its title with its jetted tub, outdoor shower, and stunning ocean views. Bedroom four is located within the on-site casita and has total privacy. Each bedroom is opulently decorated.

Punta Ballena Beach is not recommended for swimming. There are many swimmable beaches 10 to 15 minutes away in each direction.
