The interior of the villa features European neocolonial style elements. Comfortable sofas and lounge chairs blend well with the numerous details of ornately carved wood furniture and wrought iron fixtures. 

Inside, there is a big dining table for 10 guests while outside there is another big table with eight seats. Bigger groups up to 12 can be accommodated by joining tables.

A particular treat is the bar area which is very spacious with ice-maker and everything needed to make the best Cabo cocktails. 

The ground floor is home to two fabulous principal bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms where you can enjoy gorgeous views, even from their bathtubs! Upstairs, the bedrooms are a little smaller but equally as luxurious, offering lovely ocean views.  

All of the rooms remain open and airy thanks to its high-vaulted ceilings, imposing columns and smooth marble and stone flooring.

This stunning villa is located within the Del Palmar Palmilla gated community. This 1,000-acre exclusive development is the most prestigious and iconic community in Los Cabos just 10 minutes away from the artsy town of San Jose del Cabo and about half an hour’s drive from bustling Cabo San Lucas.

Home to the award-winning One&One Palmilla Hotel and the Del Mar Resort with its gated community of private villas, here you are steps away from one of the most stunning swimmable beaches in Los Cabos and the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Palmilla Golf Course. 

This home is part of the Palmilla community which allows guests to access a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Palmilla Golf Course, tennis courts, restaurants, bars, and spa at the One & Only Palmilla Hotel (reservations required in these outlets $). No access to One & Only Palmilla hotel pools or other facilities. 
Restaurants, boutiques, beaches, and golf are just a short walk or golf cart ride away from your villa. 
With lots of steps, this home is not suitable for wheelchairs. 
Its hilltop location means walking is not an option for most people, so the two golf carts included are a great plus, though renting a car is also recommended to explore Los Cabos. 
A minimal Environmental Sanitation fee is charged per night and paid to the local government of Baja California Sur.
The bathroom for Bedroom 6 is not ensuite but next door in the gym.
