Inside, the TV area is very spacious, and the dining area is comfortable for everyone to join for meals together enjoying beautiful views of the outside area and pool.  

From the pool terrace, views of the Sea of Cortez are breath-taking and there is an area with a TV that is great for watching games with your group. The greenery of the expansive lawn garden sets a contrast to the cool tone of the terrace where you have a gas burning fire pit on one side and a little area with a woodburning fire pit on the other. 

This villa has two fabulous principal suites each located at either end of the property with access to the pool terrace, four-poster beds and large bathrooms complete with soak-all-your-troubles-away bathtubs and separate showers. Meanwhile, four guest bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms with showers. 

Each bedroom exudes a minimalist and serene design theme, featuring a muted color palette that creates a tranquil and airy atmosphere. The overall aesthetic is one of understated luxury, where less is more, and the focus is on quality, comfort, and the art of subtle sophistication.

There is also a studio/office space with a sofa bed and full en-suite bathroom that can be set up as an extra bedroom upon request ($).

This stunning Cabo villa is located within the exclusive community of Querencia on the corridor near San Jose del Cabo. This neighbourhood is in a beautiful setting surrounded by the Querencia golf course and enjoys lovely ocean views. It is located minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo, supermarkets, local stores and best restaurants in the area. 

Maximum capacity for this home is 12 adults but it can accommodate up to 14 guests if sleep 2 children in the studio (please inquire $). 
All on one level making it ideal for groups with elderly members and children. 
A car or chauffeur service is recommended to get around the Querencia development and explore Los Cabos. 
An official Environmental Sanitation Tax is applicable per night per accommodation for this rental and will be charged at check in. ($) 
Unfortunately, even though this home is located in Querencia, only members are able to use the golf club and facilities.
