Open-plan, bright, and airy, the living spaces in this luxury Cabo rental home are designed to ensure comfort on even the hottest of summer days. The main living room pours into the sheltered terrace with its alfresco dining area and gas BBQ and then out to the sleek pool and luscious lawn.  

The fully fitted, monochrome kitchen has everything you could need to make stunning family meals; but be sure to make your cocktails at the bar area in the sitting room. Or better still, allow us to organize a mixologist to pour you a tipple or two. 

In the evenings, the sheltered firepit with its stunning views and plush seats is the best place to watch the sunset with a chilled margarita in hand and a plate of appetizers in easy reach.  

Like the rest of the property, the bedrooms are sleek and modern in design, but not at the expense of comfort. Soft, welcoming bedding and tranquil color schemes abound in these spaces, making it easy to get a peaceful night’s rest.  

The master suite and Bedroom 2 both enjoy direct access to the pool terrace and glorious sea views. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have access to a shared patio garden that runs the length of the home. 

While each of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, the master suite also has a tub.

This villa is located within the Ritz Carlton private compound inside the wider Puerto Los Cabos community, making it great for guests who like to enjoy the restaurants, bars and spa at the resort. It is also walking distance to a sandy beach and convenient for the Puerto Los Cabos Golf Course.

Short walk to the beach where the sea is not considered swimmable, though people do swim there at their own risk when the sea is calmer.
Home is all on one level making it suitable for wheelchairs.
While the villa is convenient to enjoy the restaurants, bars and spa of the Ritz Carlton when reserved in advance ($), guests do NOT have access to resort facilities.
This home is best suited for 10 guests but can sleep up to 14 when accompanied by children sharing the queen beds in bedrooms 4 and 5.
