With a live-in chef and masterfully prepared meals, the simple, elegant dining room is the perfect backdrop for sophisticated dinners and classic Italian lunches. But, as you’d expect with the array of spectacularly furnished patios and terraces, the alfresco dining options are plentiful as well. 

Living areas are clean and uncluttered showcasing the fine lines of the graceful furnishings and the refined tones of understated chic fabrics and textiles, rugs and accessories.  

The well-proportioned rooms hark back to yesteryear with subtle ceiling frescos and some terrazzo flooring. With plenty of space for large groups and special occasions, everybody will find their own quiet corner or a favorite room with a view.

Who doesn’t want to start their day with a mindful yoga practice or a stress-burning workout (all with magnificent lake views of course!)? The same guest who wants to end their day with a group of friends in the rooftop bar playing pool or watching a movie. That, of course, is after spending the day luxuriating in the heated pool or whizzing around the lake on the private speed boat. 

The refined theme of the home does not stop at the serene bedroom suites with their sexy marble bathrooms and oversized tubs that are just made for soaking in bubbles with a glass of something effervescent in hand. 

Two suites per floor are ideal for families with small children as they have a shared bathroom. 

The home has a convenient elevator to all three floors where bedroom suites are located.

Sitting in 4.5 acres of private parkland with an incredible 881metre vantage point over lake Como the luxury rental offers magnificent views across the lake and the mountains. 

Just a short distance from two of the busiest Italian international airports and a few minutes' walk from the pretty mountain village of Pigra with some shops and restaurants and also close to Argegno, a lovely lakeside town offering plenty of shopping and dining options. 

As you’d expect from a home of this caliber it also offers a handy speed boat ideal for visiting lakeside towns and hidden bays.

Children under 12 must always be supervised in pool and playground areas. 
Chef and housekeepers all available for additional hours (€) 
Meal preparation includes continental buffet breakfast, light lunch including dessert and 3-course dinner or buffet (ingredients €). 
The private boat with a captain is always available. There is a fuel charge for half or full day (€). We highly recommend taking the boat out for a picnic lunch and lake viewing  
Access to village tennis courts. 
Fantastic location which you’ll not want to leave but with plenty to do and see very close by. 
There are only 3 TVs: study, family room and cinema lounge.
