The entry to the property through lush gardens, behind a high secure wall to the elegant entry way is made to be savored. Upon arrival there is no denying you have entered a special place. This feeling is more than reflected in the high-ceilinged, sophisticated living area with its stylish grey and white marble floor and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to the expansive, tasteful terrace and magnificent sea vistas. 

Indoor or outdoor, smart sofas are available for lounging, reading, TV watching or simply doing nothing. 
 
 The garden level reveals an immaculate farmhouse-style kitchen complete with gleaming copper pots, a refectory table and a “just-like-mama-used-to-make” ambience.   

 A large garden room with seating for events or private dining is a cheery place to welcome friends for meals, gatherings or candlelit dinners. All open to yet more patios and lush gardens.

The large expanse of entryway gardens sets the tone with a glorious mix of tropical, Mediterranean and classic European vegetation. 

The wonderful microclimate of the Sorrento coast mixed with the fertile grounds of the Vesuvius planes creates the ideal growing environment for everything from palms to yuccas to English roses. Wander the grounds, find a secluded spot to sit with a book, or plan the party of your dreams. What bride or special occasion hostess would not want an event suffused with the scent of lemon trees, under the stars by candlelight with the twinkling lights of the Bay of Naples as her backdrop?  

A large garden and patio run along the side of the house with spectacular clifftop frontage. The Mediterranean below, the fairytale villa to your left and the expertise of the family whose home you are enjoying at your disposal.

All bedrooms are exceptionally generous in size and go to prove that white on white with splashes of vibrant color is very glamourous and fresh at the same time. The fun tones introduced into each suite reflect the hues of the ocean, plants, flowers and/or vegetation outside – all with a lovely modern luxury twist.   
 
The Principal Suite offers magnificent accommodation with an oversized patio fit for a superb party as well as an additional private balcony that makes the ideal locale for a dinner a deux.   
 
Bedroom 5 also has an oversized marble floored patio with lovely garden views offering a fantastic space for living, dining and even a small get-together. Meanwhile the new 7th bedroom reached via the private access steps has exceptional views and is very peaceful. 
 
Either garden or sea view does not disappoint, but the views across the harbor over to Mt Vesuvius and the islands beyond is quite spectacular and something to gaze at, take photos of and write dreamy southern Italian postcards about.   
 
Due to the large size of rooms 1, 3,4+5 rollaway beds or cots can easily be added for children

Best suited for 14 adults or up to 18 guests when accompanied by children who can sleep on the double sofa-bed in the Principal Suite or on additional rollaway beds in three of the bedrooms (please enquire). 
No swimming pool but private access to the ocean.

Bedroom 7 is located on the beautiful private access steps and the views from this newly refurbished and very peaceful room are exceptional! However, the walk up and down does involve 150 steps.
Some boating noise from the harbor.  
No swimming pool but private access to the ocean.  Ask about renting a private boat for pick up at your own landing point. 
 Fabulous choice for special events (300 max outside / 85 inside) 
Please note winter in Positano is low season, where most restaurants and stores are closed.
