Inside, you will find plenty of traditional brick, smooth tiles, stone, and rich woods. The result is a series of spaces that feel warm and soothing while remaining cool and airy in the heat of the day. Despite this, the architecture of the luxury rental villa is quite grand; the large brick stairway that leads from the lower floor to the upper floor is wide and has a feeling of grandeur. In the main living area, high ceilings and wicker furniture come together with vibrant pops of color in the soft furnishings and decorations. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

The outdoor spaces keep this balance of welcoming and grand very well. From the shaded seating and alfresco dining areas to the sun-soaked pool area you will find natural stone and wood. From the fully fitted kitchen to the poolside terrace, the Conchas Chinas villa’s living spaces have a wonderful sense of flow and connection. These spaces are characterized by rough-cut natural stone, tiled floors, and either whitewashed ceilings or palapa roofing.

Large doors can be thrown open to the terrace and sea breeze. On the lower level, there is a spacious terrace which has both a shaded and sunny area, seating, and direct access to the beach via stone steps.

The pool terrace is located on the upper floor offering a private pool, comfortable sun loungers, an alfresco dining area, and a palapa which offers shade from the sun without inhibiting the stunning view.

The bedrooms in this Puerto Vallarta villa are simple yet with their own personality. From compact layouts with minimalist décor and dark wood furnishings to bright and spacious rooms with brick walls and warm-toned décor, each is distinct. The bathrooms feature traditional tiles, smooth stone, and rustic fittings.

While the principal bedroom has a private terrace with ocean views, the other two on the top floor share a terrace with stunning views. Two of the other bedrooms are also open to the lower terrace and pool terrace respectively.

Conchas Chinas is a beautiful residential area on the edge of town as you head south along the scenic coastal highway to Mismaloya with one of the best sandy beaches. Developed in the 1970’s when the affluent crowd from Gringo Gulch expanded south, multimillion dollar villas line the highway that divides this prestigious neighbourhood. The beach side of the highway, where this villa is located, is known as Lower Conchas Chinas, offering access to a sandy beach.
