The main living and loving areas are centered around the infinity pool and its large terrace and amazing ocean views. The open-plan lounge and impressive dining area look out to the ocean through fully opening patio doors offering the choice of AC afternoons escaping from the sun or a full ocean breeze flowing through. 

Sun worshipers can head to the rooftop terrace for additional privacy away from your group while those who love sand in their toes can head to the basement area to enjoy a man-made private beach overlooking the sea. 

Bedrooms honour simplicity and comfort while bathrooms are sparkling with marble countertops and hotel-quality toiletries.  

The Principal Suite deserves a special mention with its large ocean view office area that could also serve as a fabulous dressing room. Meanwhile the Principal's en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower from where you can see the ocean and sky as you bathe.  

The basement studio is ideal for families with children as it comes with a full kitchen-diner and lounge as well as access to the sandy man-made beach area.

Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos is a private gated community with 24/7 security just a short drive from Puerto Vallarta’s downtown area where you will find restaurants, stores and bars. The community offers a lovely beach club, gym (reservation necessary) and communal swimming pool. 

A private, sandy swimmable beach is just steps (less than a minute walk) from your front door.

As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
