The two lower levels can be reached either through the house or by a private street access. The Casita level has a full kitchen of its own plus a breakfast bar and living area.

Bedrooms are located on five levels, each with fantastic views over the city of Puerto Vallarta and/or the Bay of Banderas. Rooms are spacious and airy and all have wonderful views. Many have patios and all have private en-suite bathrooms.

As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season. 
Very narrow streets with limited parking; this home has one dedicated street parking spot. However, its great central location means getting taxis is easy and many attractions are walking distance (steep walk back).
