Living and socializing take place on the entry level that flows from the kitchen with its modern breakfast island to the living area with its deep-comfort sectional sofa and sea view dining area to the fabulous fully furnished pool terrace complete with wet bar and access to an additional full bathroom.

Two large principal suites, one above the other, and two guest suites can sleep 8-10 adults comfortably or 6 adults with 6 children sleeping in Bedroom 4.

One Principal Suite can be found upstairs on the entry level next to the main living areas offering direct access to the pool terrace while the second Principal Suite is beneath with its own private sea view terrace. Meanwhile, Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a sea view terrace that joins both rooms, making it ideal for parents with children next door.

Continuing the minimalist beach vibe from the overall interior design, bedrooms are very serene inviting the stunning sea views to take over. Bathrooms are spacious and sparkling clean with wooden details and tempered glass.
