The Punta Mita penthouse has a large terrace with plunge pool, jacuzzi, grill, and views of the Marietas Islands. Here is perfect for watching sunsets, socializing, and relaxing. It also has two smaller terraces at the rear for quiet moments.  

Inside, the contemporary design integrates with the ocean view and has a modern kitchen, dining area, TV area, and lounge. 

Spacious bedrooms all enjoy a fabulous ocean view and access to the main shared pool terrace, decorated in neutral tones with subtle references to the penthouse’s coastal location. High-pitched wooden ceilings keep the rooms naturally cool and offer a sense of an even larger space.

Bathrooms are impressive and spacious, all with bathtubs and separate showers. Two bathrooms also have a private outside area too.

This penthouse is located on the 5th floor with views of the Marietas Islands, ocean, and golf course.
The TAU residences community is one of the most recent additions to the exclusive Punta Mita gated development in Banderas Bay on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. In addition to having access to all the beach clubs and facilities offered by the Punta Mita development, this elite community has its own club house with pool, children’s play zone, communal BBQ grill area and fitness center.

Despite having the capacity to sleep more guests, for a luxury experience we recommend 8 adults or 10 guests when accompanied by children as dining areas seat 8 guests comfortably for formal set-ups.

There are no ceiling fans in this condo but there is a lovely breeze that flows through, high ceilings and AC throughout.
Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply.
In addition to Punta Mita’s private beach clubs, golf courses and facilities, guests can access the common areas that are reserved for Tau Residence guests only, these include a communal swimming pool, fitness center, children’s play zone and BBQ area.
