This Mexican rental home is located in the Serenata Community on Fairway 7 of the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico Golf Course inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita development. It is one of a unique cluster of six fairway homes that enjoy lovely views of the golf course and a convenient location near the entrance of the Punt Mita development, making it a very short ride by golf cart to the village of Punta de Mita as well as the tennis center.

The rates for this home are for a maximum capacity of up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. The home can sleep up to 16 guests ($). Please ask. 
This Serenata villa has enjoyed a fabulous renovation throughout, keeping its original pool design, terrace and some select features. 
Even though the garden leads directly onto the fairway, guests are not allowed to walk across the golf course at any time.
