Outside spaces include the furnished pool terrace with its lounge area, gas grill and table for al fresco dining as well as the inner courtyard which has been set up as a lovely patio for quiet relaxation.  

The two Principal Suites also enjoy their own private living areas with sofas while Bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to the inner courtyard.

The bedrooms mimic the contemporary style of the villa. Notably, you can consider this villa to have two Principal Suites with the first on the lower level enjoying access to the villa’s jacuzzi while the second is found upstairs. Both suites are very spacious and have their own private living area with sofas and television.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located off the inner courtyard. Bedroom 3 is a great option for children, with queen-size bunk beds they’re sure to love, while Bedroom 4 offers two double beds.

Sleeps 2-4 - Two full-size beds. TV Private patio. En-suite bathroom with twin vanities, walk-in shower and tub.

Located on a prime hillside spot within the award-winning Four Seasons hotel community surrounded by the pristine sandy beaches of the Punta de Mita peninsula.  

Four Seasons Punta Mita is home to some of the most coveted and luxurious accommodations in Mexico. Private villa guests have access to all Four Seasons Hotel facilities plus access to Punta Mita residents’ facilities.  

The maximum capacity for this home is 10 adults, but it can accommodate up to 16 guests if you sleep 8 children in the queen-size bunk beds in Bedroom 3 and 4 children in the full-size beds in Bedroom 4 ($).
Contrary to some other Four Seasons villas, this home does not have a grassy lawn.
Full access to the Four Seasons Hotel includes access to restaurants, spa, gym, kids club, pools, beaches, Lazy River, tennis, and shops. Guests can call the Four Seasons Hotel for room service, concierge, bell services, spa reservations, and more.
As a privately owned Four Seasons villa, all requirements related to the running of the villa should be communicated to the local ambassador and/or private housekeeper otherwise any additional housekeeping services or requests made directly to the hotel will be charged separately by the hotel.
Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply.
Visitors traveling with children should note that a hacienda style courtyard provides access to ground guest bedrooms.
The pool heater and jacuzzi share a boiler, with timed operation: pool heats by day, jacuzzi by evening.
