The main highlight of this Mexican-style property is its stunning palapa living area, which serves as the central hub for various daily activities like dining and relaxation in a shaded setting. This versatile space effortlessly transitions from open-air daytime living to hosting lavish nighttime gatherings. Connected to the palapa area, a terrace extends to the pool terrace, providing an opportunity to enjoy the mesmerizing view and the soothing sounds of the waves on the private beach. 

Additionally, the property boasts two more terraces. One offers a secluded spot featuring a pizza oven and a round table where you can have private meals for up to 6 people, overlooking the sea. The second terrace is a larger lounge area situated near the Principal Bedroom, perfect for unwinding.

Each of the six bedroom suites is named after a Mexican beach resort, each one offering a unique feel and configuration. All rooms follow Careyes-style glamour with bright splashes of colour on the walls and feature contemporary Mexican furnishings, traditional textiles, original artwork and whimsical personal touches.

This home is an oceanfront estate home near a private sandy cove in Pontoquito Estates. Just a five-minute drive from Punta de Mita, the enchanting gated community of Pontoquito offers 24/7 manned security, magnificent sunset views, a few friendly neighbors and lots of peace and tranquility. 

This high-end retreat is home to a great surf break of its own and just around the corner from one of the best surfing spots in the world – the “Burros” surf break. And you don’t have to be a surfer to appreciate other water sports, the beach and the magnificent nearby hiking trails. 

Due to its location, this home has access to one of the very few private beaches you can experience in Mexico.
Maximum capacity is 12 adults but will consider 2 additional children upon prior request.
Option to use two additional, simple bedrooms for accompanying staff only, upon prior request ($).
Home also has allocated staff quarters for its own live-in staff.
