One principal suite can be found on entry level next to a guest suite with two queen-size beds which both have direct access to the pool terrace. A second principal suite is upstairs sharing a furnished sea-view balcony with another guest suite with a king-size bed and two upper single bunks making it ideal for families.

This Punta Mita luxury rental home is located within the Iyari Estates & Villas ocean-view community on Punta Mita’s north-facing coastline overlooking Litibu Bay. This community is very near the Kupuri Beach club and offers exclusive access to Playa Iyari, a secluded soft sand beach.

Can sleep 6 adults + 6 children for a maximum of 12 guests, otherwise 10 adults maximum.  
As this is a new development inside Punta Mita, there are still some homes under construction in the vicinity, with limited impact to your enjoyment. Rates have already been adjusted to compensate.   
Guests with small children should beware the true infinity edge pool.
