Living Areas
The interiors are comfortable and spacious, showcasing modern Mexican design with a soothing neutral palette. Thoughtful touches include hand-woven textiles, traditional ceramics, and carefully selected local artwork that reflect the region’s rich cultural heritage.

Each of the four spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, feature natural stone floors, custom cabinetry, contemporary Mexican furniture and artwork.

Sleeps 2 – King-size bed, oversized bi-level room with spacious sitting area and flat-screen TV. The patio opens out to the Jacuzzi and outdoor lounging area. Oversized en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, tub and walk-in closet.

Reminiscing about our extraordinary time in Punta Mita Hi Miguel and Lisa! Hope you two are off to a great New Year filled with magical places to see. My husband and I were just reminiscing about our extraordinary time in Punta Mita. Everything about it was spectacular from the beautiful Four Seasons Villa, the serene, peaceful mornings accompanied with the fabulous banana pancakes lovingly cooked by Ceasar’s mother, the gorgeous evening sunsets, to all the schedules and accommodations made perfect by Cesar Joya, and so much more. We loved getting to know you and your fantastic staff personally from the moment of greeting us at the villa upon our arrival, as well as sending us home with a special goodbye. Your quick responses to our many emails, texts and phone calls—even when you both were in Portugal and had to pull off to the side of the road to take my call—demonstrates how you go out of your way in your courtesy, top notch service and care of all details. Punta Mita is now one of those endearing places in our hearts and you all made it happen Since we have been home, we have raved to all our friends about your site, your beautiful villas and what wonderful people you are. Two of our good friends are planning on coming to Punta Mita now to celebrate a 60th birthday. We are passing over to them all our trip details and how to get a hold of you.
