Bedrooms 1 and 2 each enjoy a private outside sitting area and direct access to the shared pool terrace, while Bedroom 1 also has its own interior lounge overlooking the villa’s outdoor jacuzzi. As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.

Gratuity is not included. Tipping house staff and concierge/ambassador teams is customary in Mexico, but all tips should be based on level of service and satisfaction with the services provided.
