The villa is accessed via steps and is not ideal for mobility impaired guests or strollers. All bedrooms except Bedroom 1 have an additional sleeping area for a child, though maximum occupancy remains as 10 guests unless prior approval is given (costs may apply). Lagos Del Mar is a private, gated community of just 32 private residences, all of which feature views of the ocean as well as golf course fairways.
