The open plan ambience is supported by the almost imperceivable glass doors that make sure the pool terrace and ocean views remain the center of attention.
You can dine inside for swanky formal culinary delights or outside enjoying delicacies cooked on the grill. The large media room offers a comfy sofa and large screen for movie times as well as a table for board games or cards.
The fitness conscious among your group will be amazed by the state-of-the-art gym. Why not complement your routine with a massage or beauty treatment delivered in the massage room or outside by the pool?

Large groups will love this home with the option for up to 10 bedrooms. Nine of the bedrooms are in the main villa, with a lovely private casita set a little behind the main home that has a large furnished terrace.
Six king-size suites with full bathrooms provide elegant sleeping options while two more bedrooms offer two queen beds. The fun bunkbed room will be a hit with the youngest members of your group and can sleep up to 6 little ones. Finally, a large study can be converted into a bedroom with a queen bed, half bathroom and large terrace.

All bedrooms except the children’s bunk room have coffee stations and televisions.

Each of these large, custom-built, unique homes offers the height of luxurious living with lots of amenities. La Punta Estates is manned and patrolled 24/7.
