The beachfront villa's architecture is a beautiful blend of Spanish and Mexican design, featuring high ceilings, elegant marble floors, and exquisite handcrafted furniture.  

The main living areas are grand in size making the most of the open plan architecture that flows on the large pool terrace. The beachfront palapa is a fabulous area where you can image yourself in a traditional Mexican beach bar by the sea.  

Beachfront rental villas with 10 bedrooms are few and far between and this home is a real treat.  

Eight bedrooms can be found in the main house, with two on the ground floor, five upstairs and one opening to the rooftop all with en-suite bathrooms.  

In addition, there is a separate guest house located in the entrance yard with two studio suites with kings-size beds that each have a kitchenette and sofa bed, perfect for families with young children wishing to share a room.

This home sits right on the beach on Soliman Bay, best known for its quiet aquamarine waters, white sandy beaches, as soft as powder, and its lovely community. It can be found between Tulum and Akumal, and about 30 minutes to the south of Playa del Carmen. It is a lovely beach escape, offering a peaceful environment for those in the know, away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum for a true beach getaway. 

Two studio bedrooms are separate from the main home; each have a kitchenette and terrace area.  
Interior décor is a little dated by contemporary standards but is comfortable and impeccably clean. 
Shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns can cause an unpredictable influx of seaweed on the beaches in this region, most typically from May to October.  
No fishing, jet skis, camping or bonfires on the bay. 
No outside noise between 10pm and 7am 
Don’t be put off by 5 minutes of dirt roads to get there. It’s totally worth it when you arrive.

Cell phone coverage is patchy but Wi-Fi available throughout. 
Tipping house staff and concierge team is customary in Mexico, but all tips should be based on level of service and satisfaction with the services provided.
