The main villa features a full residential kitchen attended by the in-villa chef who is on hand to prepare meals. Bedrooms are distributed throughout the main house and two lovely casitas (small guest houses). Three ocean-front principal suites are located upstairs in the main house and offer awe-inspiring views that will captivate your senses while 4 bedrooms are located on the ground level surrounding a charming interior courtyard. Meanwhile, the remaining 8 bedrooms are in the two casitas which have 4 bedrooms each distributed on two floors.  

All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom and a traditional Mexican ambiance.

This villa is in a prime beach location on Fatima Bay Beach within Puerto Aventuras, a gated community halfway between Playa del Carmen and Tulum where you can walk to the beach and other attractions including a golf course, tennis center, resort pool and more. The beach, marina and commercial area of Puerto Aventuras is between 10 and 15 minutes by foot from the villa. At the same time, it is a perfect home base to enjoy the Riviera Maya, including day trips to Playa del Carmen, the ancient Mayan ruins in Tulum, a gorgeous boat trip to Sian Kaan or many of the other activities the Riviera Maya has to offer.
