A unique modular residence built with bamboo and locally sourced materials nestled on a jungle covered hillside in the celebrated Punta Sayulita resort community, the only private community in Sayulita.

You enter the property from top to bottom, starting with the roof terrace, which is partially shaded by a stunning palapa hat and breath-taking views. Here, you are greeted with a private pool and area for sunbeds joined by a comfortable shaded TV lounge and dining area. This is the place you will want to be for sunset and even makes a fabulous spot for morning yoga or exercise routines.

Heading down the steps to the main interior living area, another treat is in store with a large open plan kitchen-diner-living room looking out over the treetops. Here you can see a unique blend of contemporary urban design and custom furniture complemented by tropical materials including natural stone and bamboo. Meanwhile, look around you, and the jungle setting infuses every turn through the large windows and balconies that envelop the living area.

The main interior living area boasts a large open-plan kitchen-diner-living room, showcasing contemporary urban design and custom-made furniture.

Bathrooms include lovely elements such as natural stone sinks with materials from the region. The principal suite even has an incredible stone soaking tub.

Three bedrooms have an additional sofa bed which makes the home very family-friendly if parents wish for their children to sleep in their suite. Likewise, the bunk room is a fun kids bedroom.
