Bathrooms include lovely elements such as natural stone sinks with materials from the region. The principal suite even has an incredible stone soaking tub.  

Three bedrooms have an additional sofa bed which makes the home very family-friendly if parents wish for their children to sleep in their suite. Likewise, the bunk room is a fun kids bedroom.

An open-air clubhouse with restaurant, bar, large communal pool and jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of Punta Sayulita guests. Stroll down from your magnificent rental home through jungle pathways and hiking trails to take a spin in the gym before breakfast or maybe a quick dip in the ocean off the private beach. 

This villa is located in the only gated resort community in Sayulita and offers guests access to a large communal pool, gym, restaurant and private beach. 
The modular design of the home means there are lots of stairs including outside staircases leading from one area to the bedrooms.  
Bedroom 6 has bunk beds and a sofa bed, best suited for children.   
Access to this beachfront luxury community along a rustic jungle trail is totally worth it.  
As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
Beach Club needs a little TLC.
