The ground floor features an open plan layout with a living and dining room joined by a fully equipped kitchen. This area opens to the pool terraces for an indoor-outdoor feel.

Three lovely double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offer privacy and a luxury experience. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated on two corner sofa beds. One is in the main living area near the kitchen while the other is upstairs in the living are outside the Bedroom 1.

Sleeps 2 – Double bed. En-suite bathroom with single vanity, walk-in shower plus handheld shower and bathtub. 

BEDROOM 2 - GROUND

BEDROOM 3 – GROUND APARTMENT 
Sleeps 2 - Double bed. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower. Access to garden. Access to outdoor jacuzzi.

This villa is part of a luxury 5-star resort located on the eastern coast of Sicily, south of Syracuse and directly opposite Ortigia Island, which you can see on the horizon, across the sea. Here you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Plemmirio Nature Reserve and the white-sand beach at delle Latomie Bay. The bay with resort beach service is walking distance from this accommodation while other attractions such as the centre of Syracuse or the ancient ruins of a Greek amphitheatre are a short drive away. Ortigia Island is also a great place to visit. It is connected to the mainland by a lovely bridge and is renowned for its cultural heritage and quaint old streets as well as restaurants and bars for entertainment.

Private pools are not heated. 
Double beds cannot be converted into two twins. 
This home is best suited for 6 guests but can sleep up to 8 when making use of the two corner sofa beds in the downstairs and upstairs living areas.
