The villa enjoys direct access to Plum Bay Beach. The estate is divided between two private residences: the six-bedroom Ocean-Side Villa and the four-bedroom Garden-Side Villa. A food and beverage deposit will be required upon arrival. The property has a caretaker who lives on site in a separate residence and is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the villa. Pool heating is available all year-round (no additional cost and must be requested in advance). First deposit is non-refundable, the amount for the first deposit varies by season. Please note that the photos are representative, and the accommodation you are allocated, and its views, may not be exactly the same as the photos. Gratuity is not included. Gratuity is at the guest's discretion and always greatly appreciated by the Villa staff. As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the advantages of this prime location and easily access nearby attractions. A security deposit may be required after booking confirmation (SM0004)
