A private gate opens to lush tropical gardens and more than 200 square meters of airy interiors, where the open living area connects naturally with a fully equipped modern kitchen and shaded outdoor dining terrace. Large glass doors lead to the pool deck, designed for slow days in the sun, alfresco meals, and relaxed evenings overlooking the sea.

Guests can cool off in the private infinity pool, unwind in the Jacuzzi, or settle into the sunbeds and floating bubble chairs as the light changes over the water. Four king bedrooms welcome up to eight guests, including a lower-level studio suite with kitchenette, dining nook, private terrace, and ocean views.

Outside, the private infinity pool, Jacuzzi, sunbeds, and floating bubble chairs invite guests to slow down, enjoy the Caribbean light, and dine outdoors overlooking the sea.

Bedrooms are calm, contemporary, and arranged for both togetherness and privacy. This 4-bedroom St. Martin luxury villa accommodates up to eight guests, with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, safes, ceiling fans, shutters, and ocean views throughout. Three suites connect to the main house and shared terraces, while the lower-level studio offers an independent retreat with its own kitchenette and private terrace.
