Tempt your taste buds in the formal indoor dining room or take an afternoon snack on the terrace or enjoy the simplicity of the living room with its grand piano as you relax with an Aperol spritz before supper.  

The multipurpose media room is a great place to relax, or you can grab a good book at the library or get some work done in the study. The bar, a designated teaching kitchen, and cellar with a wine-tasting area are all set to tickle your taste buds.  

Meanwhile, the vast outdoor area has extensive lush lawns, flowering beds, and an abundance of trees, a perfect setting for sunset walks or to whisper sweet nothings snuggled on benches or beneath the shaded gazebo. The 60-foot oval pool is a fabulous focal point for your group next to the tennis-basketball courts.

The 22 bedrooms are distributed between the 9-bedroom Manor house, 5-bedroom Fede, 4-bedroom Santa Theresa and the 2-bedroom Filippi and Colussi. 

Some rooms have large sitting areas with desks, a Jacuzzi, and a fireplace. You can observe the magical landscape from the private balconies and terraces and watch the chirping birds or the morning sunshine. 
Modern, traditional pieces were preserved and uniquely renovated for your comfort. After a good night’s rest, open up the windows and look over the rolling hills.

Located in one of the most tranquil of settings in rural Tuscany in the province of Siena, the estate enjoys a historic setting on the Via Francigena, the medieval pilgrimage route from Canterbury to Rome. It connects the monastic stopovers of Monte Oliveto and Sant Antimo and was most likely the host to many pilgrims, merchants and adventurers over the centuries

Half-board meal plans are mandatory with a daily charge per person over and above the rental rates – please ask.  
A nominal touristic tax per person per night is applicable on all reservations and paid either at check-in or check-out (please inquire for specific information)
