Fill out the pre-approval form with some basic details about you and your home. The more information you provide, the faster the process will be. Sample photographs or a link to any websites will help speed things up. Once you've agreed to our basic terms, your application will be evaluated by our property curation team.
Our curation team will carefully review your application to pre-approve your home. We may request additional information, including professional photographs or further details. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions or clarify any doubts you may have about partnering with us.
Once your home is pre-approved, we’ll arrange for one of our curators to visit for a full walkthrough inspection. These inspections typically take between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the size of your home. Occasionally, homes may not meet our standards, in which case we will provide feedback and helpful suggestions.
If your home is approved, we will finalize the listing details, preparing the description for our website and social media channels. During this process, you’ll be invited to agree to our terms and conditions, set house rules, determine rates, and select your preferred payout structure.
Once all the details are finalized, your home will be published on our website and other platforms. From there, you can relax and enjoy seeing payment notifications arrive in your inbox as we secure high-value rentals for your property.
