The living and dining spaces are arranged in an open layout that fosters a natural sense of ease and connection. High ceilings and soft daylight shape the atmosphere, while the overall composition remains calm and deliberate. 

The central lounge and dining area extend into a fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances that maintain a balance between function and quiet design. 

A mezzanine above adds a more intimate sitting space, well-suited to reading or reflection. From there, the rooftop terrace continues the experience upward, offering an elevated perspective and a shift in mood. 

Outdoors, shaded terraces, a barbecue area, and the poolside deck provide multiple settings for gathering or retreat. Each space supports a slower rhythm of living, rooted in comfort and clarity. 

The villa includes two bedrooms, each positioned to offer privacy and stillness. The principal suite features an en-suite shower and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom is served by a separate bathroom just steps away. Both bathrooms are styled in muted tones with walk-in rain showers and understated fixtures.  
 
In the sleeping spaces, tactile textures, linen throws and woven accents shape a quiet, pared-back atmosphere. Windows draw in the garden views, bringing light and softness into each room. The result is a sense of calm continuity that carries through the entire property.

Guia is known for its relaxed charm, traditional Portuguese cuisine, and proximity to some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches, including Praia da Galé and São Rafael.  
 
The area offers easy access to nature trails, local markets, and cultural landmarks, while the nearby town of Albufeira provides vibrant dining and nightlife. A perfect base for exploring the region's coast, countryside, and authentic village life.
