Inside, it favours a minimalist style with white-washed walls that help to give the home a sense of spaciousness, coupled by wide sliding doors that lead you to the pool terrace. The interior lounge area provides simple comfort and cable TV, while dining takes place outside on the veranda by the pool.

The open-plan concept focused out towards the pool terrace and the home’s minimalist design makes the most of the square footage to give a send of spaciousness.

The kitchen with a breakfast bar looks over the interior lounge area while the dining table is shaded beneath the veranda outside that is access by wide sliding doors.

Bright, white-washed bedrooms continue the minimalist theme of the home.

The principal suite is a treat as it opens directly to the pool terrace. However, as all bedrooms have a king-size bed, all bedrooms work great for a couple.

A short drive or leisurely walk will take you to Holetown, which is home to the luxury Limegrove Lifestyle Centre and Cinema, the famous 2nd Street restaurant row, the Chattel Village, Massy Supermarket and many other amenities including St James Church, Sandy Crest Medical Centre and a variety of other banks and retail shops.

If the beach is your priority, the Platinum Coast offers the best beaches on the island.

Plunge Pool is not heated but gets plenty of sunshine due to its exposed position.
