This villa is located within walking distance of Playa Rosa Beach Club within the private community of Careyes. Careyes is an exclusive enclave of about 70 very large, multi-million-dollar homes – each shrouded in privacy – plus a colorful beachside village of casitas and townhomes. The surrounding landscape is comprised of a series of beautiful bays with islands and rocky outcroppings nestled in a pristine, jungle nature reserve.
