Accommodating up to four guests, the home is arranged vertically, separating its main living areas from the bedroom and placing its outdoor space at rooftop level. The lower floor has a sheltered, interior-facing outlook and includes a comfortable living area with a sofa bed for two additional guests. The bedroom occupies a separate floor, also overlooking the development’s interior, and benefits from an ensuite full bathroom. A separate social bathroom provides additional convenience, particularly when the sofa bed is in use. Above, the rooftop opens to city views and offers an elevated setting from which to enjoy Lisbon’s rooftops and urban character. The townhouse does not have a patio, with its outdoor experience centred entirely around the rooftop. The property is close to Lisbon Botanical Garden and within easy reach of Príncipe Real’s restaurants, boutiques and galleries, Avenida da Liberdade and the historic centre. Its flexible sleeping arrangement makes it suitable for couples wanting additional space, small families and corporate stays.

Living Areas
The main social floor brings the sitting room, dining area and kitchen together in a comfortable, contemporary layout. The sitting area includes a sofa bed for two additional guests, while the windows face the interior of the development, creating a sheltered residential outlook.
The sitting area is furnished with a sofa and Smart TV offering national cable and access to streaming platforms. The adjoining dining table seats four guests.
The compact, fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, tableware and cooking utensils.
The furnished patio offers outdoor seating for four and a calm place for a morning coffee or evening drink. An upper sun deck provides an additional outdoor area with city and garden outlooks.
Central A/C provides heating and cooling throughout the townhouse, while an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

BEDROOM
Located on the upper sleeping floor, the bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and supplied with hotel-quality bed linen, bedding and towels. Its windows face the interior of the development.
The bedroom also includes a wardrobe, clothes rail, curtains, blackout blinds, full-length mirror, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
ENSUITE BATHROOM
Accessed directly from the bedroom, the full ensuite bathroom features a vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and handheld fittings, heated towel rail, toilet with integrated bidet, hairdryer, make-up mirror and toiletries.
SOCIAL BATHROOM
A separate social half bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a washbasin and toilet.

Set in the heart of Príncipe Real, one of Lisbon’s most characterful and sought-after neighbourhoods, the townhouse is located beside the Lisbon Botanical Garden and within a short walk of Avenida da Liberdade. The setting balances peaceful, tree-lined surroundings with easy access to the energy of central Lisbon. Príncipe Real is known for its independent boutiques, design stores, art galleries, welcoming cafés and excellent restaurants. Bairro Alto, the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint and Chiado are nearby, while Rossio, Restauradores and Baixa are also within easy reach. Many of Lisbon’s principal attractions can be explored on foot, so a car is not essential. Lisbon Airport is approximately 28 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
