Timber floors, clean lines and understated furnishings create a relaxed setting for sharing meals or unwinding after exploring the city. Two peaceful bedrooms are served by two full bathrooms, while a separate guest WC provides additional convenience. The interior rooms have a more sheltered outlook, with the principal city views opening from the upper sun deck. Lisbon Botanical Garden, Avenida da Liberdade, Bairro Alto and Chiado are all within easy reach, allowing guests to experience much of central Lisbon on foot.

Located in one of central Lisbon’s most appealing neighbourhoods, the townhouse places the leafy streets of Príncipe Real and the elegance of Avenida da Liberdade within easy reach. Lisbon Botanical Garden is nearby, together with a varied collection of cafés, restaurants, galleries and independent shops. Bairro Alto, Chiado and the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint can be reached on foot, while a walk towards Avenida da Liberdade leads to Restauradores, Rossio and Baixa. The location makes it easy to move between Lisbon’s residential, cultural and historic districts. Most of the city centre can be explored without a car, with public transport and ride services available nearby. Lisbon Airport is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
