The dining area is positioned beside the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction hob, integrated oven, microwave and the essential appliances required for convenient self-catering.
A furnished private patio extends the living space outdoors, with a dining table, chairs and comfortable bench seating surrounded by planting. Sheltered from the street, it offers a peaceful setting for breakfast, drinks or relaxed meals at home.

Its central setting provides convenient access to Lisbon’s cultural attractions while retaining the neighbourhood’s relaxed and residential character. Príncipe Real is celebrated for its independent boutiques, design shops, galleries, inviting cafés and acclaimed restaurants. Bairro Alto, the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint and Chiado are close by, while Rossio, Restauradores and Baixa are also easily accessible. Many of central Lisbon’s principal attractions can be explored on foot, making a car unnecessary. Lisbon Airport is approximately 28 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
