Living Areas
The main social area combines the sitting room, dining space and kitchen in a comfortable contemporary layout. The living room includes inviting seating and a Smart TV, creating a relaxed place to unwind after exploring Lisbon.
The adjoining dining area provides a pleasant setting for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything required for convenient self-catering and longer stays.
The private upper sun deck opens to views across Lisbon’s rooftops and surrounding cityscape. It provides an appealing outdoor setting for morning coffee, an afternoon break or a relaxed drink at the end of the day.

The two bedrooms are arranged on separate floors and are supplied with hotel-quality bed linen, bedding and towels.
BEDROOM ONE – UPPER FLOOR
The larger primary bedroom is furnished with two twin beds (or double bed) and benefits from an elevated outlook across the surrounding development. Amenities include a wardrobe, clothes rail, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, curtains and blackout blinds.
Its en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and handheld fittings, heated towel rails, toilet with integrated bidet, hairdryer, make-up mirror and toiletries.
BEDROOM TWO – GROUND FLOOR
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and overlooks the landscaped internal garden. It also includes a TV, private sitting area, wardrobe and clothes rail, along with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, curtains and blackout blinds.
Its en-suite bathroom includes a single vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and handheld fittings, heated towel rails, toilet with integrated bidet, hairdryer and toiletries.

Set along Rua da Alegria, the townhouse enjoys a central position between leafy Príncipe Real and elegant Avenida da Liberdade. Lisbon Botanical Garden is just around the corner, while independent boutiques, design stores, cafés and excellent restaurants bring character to the surrounding streets. Príncipe Real Garden, Bairro Alto and the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint can all be reached on foot. In the opposite direction, Avenida da Liberdade provides an attractive route towards Restauradores, Rossio and Baixa, with Chiado also within easy walking distance. Central Lisbon is best discovered on foot, although public transport, taxis and ride services are readily available. Lisbon Airport is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
