This home offers multiple living and dining options. On the ground floor, the principal living /dining room and attractive farmhouse-style kitchen open out to a wrap-around patio with lovely views over the gardens, pool and out to the sea. 

The eat-in kitchen has a cozy feel and prompts guests to indulge in Italian cooking forays, pasta nights and all things yummy and local. With its charming architecture and traditional décor, there is no mistaking which country you are visiting. 

Two additional living/dining rooms with kitchenettes are on the upper floors. Each floor can be independent of the others with the top floor offering a large, funky area ideal for kids to play, hang out and watch TV. 

The gardens definitely deserve a mention. The arrival through a lovely grassy area to the magnificent old front door is paved with flooring beds spilling over with colour and edible plants, fruit trees and fertile shrubs. 

The swimming pool area makes the ideal spot to languish in the sun, doze in the shade of a mature tree or dine al fresco. Listen to the local church bells chime as you relax in this peaceful pastoral scene. 

All bedrooms are well-proportioned with high ceilings and lovely views out to the ocean or across the gardens. All bedrooms could easily accommodate an additional rollaway bed or single for small children or babies. Each bedroom has a spacious, en-suite bathroom decorated in lush marbles.
