The lively Mexican-inspired décor heightens the refreshing atmosphere of this Puerto Vallarta beachfront villa. The indoor dining room has an imposing chandelier hanging from an impressive cupula above the dining table creating a romantic ambience. There is also a spacious kitchen with marbled tops where the cook will prepare you and your group two meals a day (ingredients $). 

Outside, the crescent-shaped furnished terrace with heated infinity pool is a great spot to sip on freshly made margaritas and sample delicious Mexican meals. 

Four bedrooms are located on the middle floor while Bedroom 5 is located on its own on the lower level with a private lounge and balcony. 

Bedroom blend soft blues, coral colors, arched ceilings, and wood accents to give a soothing ensemble while bathrooms have large mirrors and Mexican tiles.

This home is a beachfront villa in Conchas Chinas with direct access to the beach via a short path. Conchas Chinas is a beautiful residential area on the edge of town as you head south along the scenic coastal highway to Mismaloya.  

Developed in the 1970’s when the affluent crowd from Gringo Gulch expanded south, multi-million-dollar villas line the highway that divides this prestigious neighbourhood. The beach side of the highway is Lower Conchas Chinas; villas perched along the mountainside pertain to Upper Conchas Chinas. Santa Barbara street in lower Conchas Chinas winds past many of these walled estates and takes you down to Olas Altas street in Old Town. 

Architecturally, this villa is part of a two-villa complex designed so that both homes are completely private and self-contained, just sharing the common elevator down to the lower level for beach access. Can also be booked together for larger groups up to 18 guests. 
As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
